When i heard this morning that apparently Osama bin Laden has been killed i started to cry...I'm not sure what caused this response. All this misery for which his name has become synonymous. I'm not sure of his death impact in the long run, but right now I'm thinking of all the innocent life's lost , on all sides.

They have been rejoicing in the streets here. Alas, I fear that more terror is to come in retaliation.

He was responsible for so much death and misery. But people didn't take it lying down. He was this generation's Hitler, that's for sure. Good riddance to him.
I first felt joy then like you the tears came for all those who died and their families now a bit of fear for retaliation. I am very proud of President Obama and the Navy Seals.....a job well done and justice has been done! Sending big hugs.....:-)
They were probably tears of relief and in your situation some extra personal tears for the grief of losing a loved one over all of this. It's very understandable. It's quite a climax after all this time.
