Candian Weather ☼ ░

Woke up this morning to 5oC (41oF)
After living in this country 25 years i am still amazed at the weather, specially the extreme temperature swings.
Last week i was croaking from the humidity and heat and the last two days i woke up to single digit temperatures. I love this time of year though, yesterday was absolutely gorgeous. Not exactly beach weather but sunny , around 20oC and brezzy. Late August and September  are my favorite time of the year beside deep snowy winter .
I sometimes wonder how the early settlers and native people did it. The weather was even more extreme then. Long bitter cold snowy winters, a short muddy and soggy spring , hot bug infested summers.
Sound pretty dire but maybe they had moments like i have when i stand on the shore of a lake or river, listen to the loons , watching hawks catching fish and breathing  in the clear air. I'm in awe of the beauty and vastness . Green as far as the eye can see .
Of course i also don't have to survive of the land , i take my hat off to those people that came before us .
SO......
now that i bore you with my favorite subject, how is your weather ? ;)

You live in the kind of setting I'd like too, except...for the colder weather than MA.has.
Bored...Hell no.
Wishful...yes.
Yesterday was a beauty here too.
Today it's 76 at 10:45 a.m. and I'm sweating cleaning and cooking.
Maybe I should throw the celing fan on. DUH! Just noticed it's off. ;0)
Too much in and out to put on the A/C.
R & R is over....back to the grind.
(((hugs)))

I would love to live in that kind of setting. I've had too much of this fast-paced city life...now all I want is a little cabin in a place where it is mostly cool. Get me away from this darned heat and humidity.

Ha ha, you can never bore your Canadian readers with talk about the weather. Everyone knows that the weather is Canadians' favourite subject!

I don't think I would like your very cold winters, but other than that your weather sounds good. We had a heatwave in July, but now the weather is very pleasant with temperatures in the low 70's. Cool enough for it to be enjoyable. I'm mentally preparing for fall. I hope it lasts long and that there will be lots of colorful foliage.

I didn't realize it was so cool down home. We are having beautiful weather here throughout the day and rain almost every night. I love it though. Our summers are so short and this year I find it has gone by so fast. I am not looking forward to winter just yet....I do love a good snow storm, Fall is my favorite season. Enjoy your week my friend.......:-) Hugs
