What is wrong with People ???
So I went for my walk with the Dogs this morning .I decided to walk along the river . It is a lovely area surrounded by marsh and little lakes. As I was walking along the dirt road I come around a bend and was greeted by a huge pile of Christmas garbage that somebody decided to just dump there, must have been about 10 bags of various sizes some where ripped apart...what a mess. I will try to figure out now who to call so it will be picked up :(

Living in the city I see that all the time people dumping in our dumpsters who don't even live here but in your beautiful area I'd be so ticked off. I hope you find someone to pick it up soon so it doesn't blow everywhere and into the river. Sigh...
Fly-dumping is so prevalent - it ruins the countryside and encourages rats etc. I just can't understand the mentality of some people! We have public tips you can take rubbish to - they have special dumpsters for wood, cardboard, metal, you name it, plus green stuff from the garden for composting. If they can drive their car to a nice bit of countryside, why can't they go to the public tip????

one of the nice things about small town living...that doesn't happen..
