This is a little poem I have posted above my computer in my office. It's on a postcard someone gave me when I was attending a festival last summer in England. I read the words and I feel a sense of meditative stillness come over me.
A Still Centre Be still and listen to the day touch the breeze with the quiet of your soul.
Let the turning turbulence of the hurly-burly rushing, the busy dizzy people, pass you by.
God bless you with a quiet whisper, which in all the day's doing keeps a calm silent centre in your being.

A Still Centre
Be still
and listen to the day
touch the breeze
with the quiet of your soul.
Let the turning turbulence
of the hurly-burly rushing,
the busy dizzy people,
pass you by.
God bless you
with a quiet whisper,
which in all the day's doing
keeps a calm silent centre
in your being.
Gabi (i or y?) -I was just looking at your pictures of Patrick and your quote on your profile page on FB and felt so much for you-it really hit me.
I just wanted to let you know I am thinking of you.
