My poor Washer finally bit the biscuit.
Called the repair guy, something about bearing and basket and will cost around 400$.
Don't think so!!!
So of I went in search for a new Washer...i didn't want to pay an arm and a leg but it still had to be something decent. I did some comparison shopping and at last went to a store that had no HST (14%) on major Appliances.
And there she was, a beautiful red , reduced by 300$ plus the 100$ HST because it was the floor model.
SOLD !!
Doesn't go with my white dryer, but i don't care. I just want it to work.
Now if i could just have one month without something big breaking down.
Between car repairs and appliances it has been a costly few months. But at least it broke after my D/H got his new Job , so i have to look on the bright side.

Only have seen a KitchenAid stand mixer in red.
That's how I got my queen sized mattress a few years ago.
Display model..last years model...was $1200, now $400. SOLD!

Congratulations on your new red washing machine. Let's hope it gives you many years of service. There's nothing like a new appliance to make the job a little lighter. I hope you'll have the cleanest laundry ever.
What a beauty! Love the colour. Wouldn't go with my other bog-standard white appliances either but it's a gorgeous red.
